Dr. Paul Estey is Executive Vice President of Customer Relations and Special Advisor to Maxar CEO on Space.

Dr. Estey has been at Maxar (formerly SSL), since 1997 and has held several senior leadership roles from Systems Engineering to Managing the Engineering and Manufacturing Departments at Maxar.  From 2011 to 2019, Dr. Estey was the Senior Vice President of the Engineering, Manufacturing, Test and operations Sector and the Chief Operating Officer of Maxar.  Dr. Estey holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University,  a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T., and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University.
