  • Where does the World Satellite Business Week take place?
  • The World Satellite Business Week takes place at the Hotel Westin Paris-Vendôme located at 3, rue de Castiglione in Paris, France. This year, we will also be offering an online access to the World Satellite Business Week so you can attend the WSBW from wherever you are in the world.
  • Where to get a covid test nearby the venue?
  • You can get a PCR or antigen test at the pharmacy located 115 rue Saint Honoré 75001 PARIS.
  • Can I register onsite?
  • Yes. To register onsite, go to the World Satellite Business Week information desk in the lobby of the Westin.
  • How do I pay for registration?
  • Payment may be made by credit card. All bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. Payment for registration must be received before the start of the conference (December 13), in the absence of which access to the conference may be refused.

  • Which credit cards are accepted for payment?
  • We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
  • When will I receive the invoice for my registration?
  • If you register online, your invoice will be generated automatically once payment is received. A link to your invoice is included in your confirmation email.
  • Will I receive a confirmation email?
  • Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided during registration. A link to your invoice is included in your confirmation email.
  • Closer to the event, if you have registered for the in-person event, you will receive an email with a barcode, which you can scan at registration to obtain your badge and conference collaterals. If you registered for the Online event, you will receive an email with a link to access our online platform.
  • Does Euroconsult provide visa invitation letters?
  • Yes. Please contact us at summits@euroconsult-ec.com to request your invitation letter. Please note that this service is only available to registered delegates and speakers.
  • What does registration include?
  • Registration to the in- person World Satellite Business Week includes:
    • Access to panel sessions (according to the ticket purchased – WSBW, SEOB or SSF)
    • Participant engagement with live Q&As, polls, etc.
    • Access to social events such as sit-down lunches, coffee breaks and networking cocktails
    • Conference collaterals for the event for which you are registered for
    • Online access is included in your in-person Access pass

  • Where do I pick up my badge and conference collaterals?
  • You can pick up your badge and conference collaterals at the World Satellite Business Week information desk located in the lobby of the Westin. Please present your badge to access the conference and networking areas. To obtain your badge at the information desk, you will find kiosks where you can scan the code you received as part of your registration. You will also receive access to the event application where you will find the delegates list, presentations and replays. The application will be available before, during and after the Event.
  • What are the opening hours of the World Satellite Business Week information desk?
  • The information desk is open from Monday, September 13 to Thursday, September 16 from 8am to 6:30pm. It is also open on Sunday, September 12 from 5pm to 7pm (exact times to be confirmed).
  • Where can I hold a meeting at the Westin?
  • For informal meetings, registered participants can use the privatized outdoor terrace in the Westin's inner courtyard. A perfect way to discuss business and enjoy the late summer weather in Paris. To organize private meetings, meeting rooms can be booked in advance and are open to people external to the conference. Suites and meeting rooms are the ideal place to hold confidential meetings in an elegant setting. Please send an email to summits@euroconsult-ec.com for more information.
  • Can I cancel my participation?
  • You can cancel your In-Person registration in writing (email to summits@euroconsult-ec.com) up to and including July 30, 2021 (please note that cancellations are subject to a 15% administration fee). After this date, we no longer refund registrations. We do not accept cancellations for Online registrations.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee. Prior to the event start date, please send an email including registration information for the new participant (full name, job title and email) to summits@euroconsult-ec.com.
  • What happens if there are program changes or if the event is postponed/cancelled because of a force majeure?
  • If the event is postponed, delegate and sponsor payments will be credited towards the rescheduled event. If the delegates or sponsors are unable to attend the rescheduled event or if the event is cancelled, they will receive a 100% credit note representative of the payment received, to be used at a future Euroconsult event. The credit note will be valid for eighteen (18) months from the date of issuance.
  • Euroconsult will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained due to the postponement, cancellation or modification of the Event arising from any cause whatsoever. This includes any costs of accommodation, travel, transportation, or additional services contracted or sustained, or any additional expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation or modification of the Event.
  • Is there a cloakroom at the Westin?
  • Yes. There is a cloakroom located in the lobby of the Westin. This service is free of charge for registered delegates and speakers.
  • Is there parking available near the Westin?
  • Yes. Parking Indigo Vendôme is located at 28 Place Vendôme.
  • What is the closest subway station?
  • Tuileries on Line 1 is the closest station. However, Concorde (Lines 1 and 12) and Opéra (Lines 3, 7 and 8 and RER A) are also not very far from the Westin.
