General rules for the WSBW​

Drawingon our commitment tothe health and safety of our guests,partners and sponsors, Euroconsult, together with its localpartners and vendors will implement enhanced sanitary measurestowelcome you in the best possible conditionsin line with the recommendations provided by global and local public health authorities.   
In response to the increased logistics surrounding the current health situation, a Health & Help desk will be set up in the reception area to help with all issues related to health and safety, including test options.

Providingthe safest environment for our guests, partners and teams is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. 

Please note that the following protocol is subject to change, to respond to French regulations in effect.

 

Access control / Sanitary pass ​

To access the World Satellite Business Week, we ask for all delegates to:

  • Present valid double vaccination proof or a valid sanitary pass

AND

  • A negative PCR / antigen test
    • EU participants: a no older than 24-hour negative PCR / antigen test on the first day of arrival at the event
    • International travelers: a no older than 48-hour negative PCR / antigen test on the first day of arrival at the event (a mandatory PCR test used for flying may be used)

 

Per application of current French sanitary regulations, to get a health pass / sanitary pass** you must attest to 1 of the 3 types of proof below: ​

1.  A vaccination certificate attesting to a complete vaccination program using a vaccine against COVID-19 authorized by the European Commission or of which the composition and the manufacturing process are recognized as similar to one of these vaccines by the National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety (ANSM): ​

  • Janssen Vaccine: 28 days after administration of the single dose ​
  • Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines: 7 days after the administration of a second dose, except for those who have been infected with Covid-19, for whom this period runs out after the administration of the initial dose. ​

​2.  Proof of a negative test of less than 24 hours (RT-PCR, antigen or self-test carried out under the supervision of authorized health professionals). ​

3. The result of a positive RT-PCR or antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19, dating at least 11 days and no more than 6 months. ​
Each of these certificates are encoded and signed in the form of a QR Code. They can be presented in paper or digital format, saved on the “TousAntiCovid” mobile application or via any other digital tool of the choice of the person concerned. ​
These instructions are currently valid and may change depending on the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic and the rules imposed by French authorities.

Please note that to comply with recent French Sanitary Measures updates, from Dec. 15, people 65 years of age and older will proof of a vaccine booster for the valid health pass (or get the proof of a negative test (RT-PCR, antigen) of less than 24 hours).

​Our Safety Guidelines have been prepared in conjunction with the venue owner and the relevant authorities and in accordance with the relevant regulations, including Law n° 2020-856 of July 9, 2020 and Decree No. 2021-699 of June 1, 2021, amended by Decree No. 2021-1059 of August 7, 2021. We would ask you to comply with all safeguards and precautionary measures. ​

  • We ask for all to help us apply health measures to create a successful and safe Summit:
  • Wear mandatory face masks on-site.
  • Use sanitizer extensively - available at all strategic points throughout the event
  • Print or download badges barcode sent before the event for easy printing of your badge onsite
  • Euroconsult guarantees:
  • Management of potential COVID-19 symptoms
  • Suspected COVID-19 cases will be isolated and handled by organization team
  • Full compliance with capacity limits 
  • Extensive on-site sanitation
  • Adapted on-site food services: Tables will be arranged in accordance with distancing measures and food service will follow coffee break and cocktail regulations
  • Dedicated communication and safety reminders in key areas
